Battlefield 1 Klassen: Der Assault

Der Assault ist gleichzeitig der Anti-Tank-Soldat und die explosivste Klasse in Battlefield 1. Seine genaue Bewaffnung kennen wir zwar noch nicht, wir haben aber eine Panzerbüchse (Anti-Tank-Rifle) sowie geballte Ladungen (spezielle Granaten) erkennen können. Wie auch alle anderen Klassen wird der Assault mit Hieb- und Stichwaffen in den Nahkampf treten können. Schaufeln, Bayonette und spezielle Keulen kommen zum Einsatz. Außerdem führt DICE einen Sturmangriff ein, um schnell auf den Gegner zu stürmen.

Granaten

	Frag Grenade	Standard timed fuze hand grenade with high damage.
	Gas Grenade	These grenades release a long-lasting gas cloud that damages enemies inside it.
	Impact Grenade	This grenade detonates almost immediately upon impact.
	Incendiary Grenade	Incendiary hand grenade which creates intense flames for a short duration. Flames stick to soldiers and will continue to burn outside the original fire.
	Light Anti-Tank Grenade	This grenade offers improved damage against vehicles by sacrificing anti-infantry performance.
	Mini Grenade	Mini grenades that can be thrown farther than the standard frag grenade at the cost of some damage.
	Smoke Grenade	These grenades create a blinding cloud of smoke which also blocks spotting.

Melee

	Club	Clubs and other melee weapons were often used during night-time raids or in close quarter combat.
	Gas
	Hatchet	Primarily designed as a tool to destroy or modify various equipment on the battlefield, the hatchet also made for a vicious cleaving weapon up close.
	Trench Knife	Trench Knife
	Pickaxe	Useful as an engineering tool on the battlefield, pickaxes were also used in melee combat to conserve ammunition or to stay relatively silent.
	Saber
	Shovel	The small size of shovels made them suitable for melee combat in the trenches. One edge was often sharpened to make them able to cut into the enemy.
	Spiked Club	Many soldiers in the trenches fashioned crude clubs and fitted spikes or other sharp objects onto them to make them even deadlier.
	Trench Mace	Trench Maces were homemade weapons based on medieval designs. They were often used during night-time raids where stealth was of the essence.

Gadgets

	Dynamite	Sticks of dynamite that can be placed and detonated on demand. Effective against structures, vehicles and infantry.
	AT Rocket Gun	Single shot Anti-Tank gun intended for use against vehicles and structures.
	Anti-Tank Mine	Anti-Tank Mines that will explode and cause significant damage when traversed by enemy vehicles.
	Anti-Tank Grenade	This bundle of grenades will detonate upon contact with a vehicle to deal significant damage.
