In accordance with Qatar Airways Refund Policy, a customer may ask for reimbursement after submitting a medical certificate that is acceptable to Qatar Airways if they are unable to fly due to a serious sickness affecting them or a member of their immediate family. The unutilized portion of any ticket purchased up until August 31, 2021, for travel up to May 31, 2022, may be cancelled and refunded under the revised cancellation policy, with no penalty cost or reimbursement.
